Problems With Connecting Two Wireless Routers in the Same House

If you have a major house or even an office that needs you to share your Internet connection over the large distance then you might need to hook up with wireless routers to distribute the link. This happened if you ask me recently when I wanted to access a specific Internet connection in my garage. Connecting two Wireless Routers was the sole solution personally.

We are all aware that one could just plug both Routers in and begin using them but you will soon discover that may cause problems involving the two wireless routers.

One with the main problems that I noticed when having both routers inside the same home is you need to switch connections in case you move from one end from the house on the other. This annoyed me to a massive array as I like walking on with my laptop. I would be within the middle of something and realized that my connection had dropped and was trying to hook up with another network. Sometimes I could be in the middle of editing something online and my updates could be lost as a result of switching relating to the two Wireless Routers.

When this issue occurred, it will also change my IP address, which would also create problems when wanting to share files or connect with other computers by Remote Desktop. I really necessary to look into using more than one Wireless Router within the same house.

It was pure laziness that have put me in cases like this because making two Wireless Routers interact wasn't really very difficult. It was simply a couple of spending some time as well as to make sure that both Routers would come together nicely.

I had two choices when connecting two Wireless Routers in the same house:

1. One was connecting both the Wireless Routers using client mode. This method is not that great since it can reduce your Internet connection speeds. Another downfall for this method is the out-of-the-way the 2nd router readers, the worse the link gets. This forced me to be seek out another option to unravel my problem.

2. The next option would have been to connecting both the Routers using bridging. This technique is a little much more involved but works the top plus doesn't decrease the speed from the Internet connection. It can obtain a little technical but some good instructions I believe that you can now get this to work. Fixing this issue isn't hard you just need to find out how to undertake it.
